Sore Thumb
 

I just learned 180 unispins a few weeks ago and I'm wondering if it's
normal that they make my thumb hurt because my friend says his thumb
gets hurt when he does a lot of unispins but I just want to make sure.
And if so is there anyway or preventing it?
