Is there any suggestion that the person was riding this bicycle
improperly, contrary to the rules of the road and/or dangerously?

"Police chase drug dealing, machete carrying cyclist"...

....*patently* is something that is relevant to cycling.

Perhaps some might wish it weren't.

But it is.

You haven't answered my question.

Perhaps some might wish it weren't.

But it is.

I don't need to and didn't purport to.

Perhaps some might wish it weren't.

Not a wish. Just a fact.

But it is.

As I said.

....for a few people in very special geographical circumstances.

But electronic transfer is steadily reducing the need for speedy
document transfer in Central London. It'll never completely disappear,
but it's not heading anywhere tremendously productive.

What else is there?
