Tachyon XC Helmet Cam

Anybody got any advice on buying the Tachyon XC Helmet Cam? It seems to be the most durable, i need something waterproof/shock absorbent etc..

have you looked at the vholdr cam ? they just came out with hd
version. it's not waterproof but I have seen a vid of a motorbike
rider in the tour of california following the race in the rain.
