Everyone KNOWS that a cyclist cannot possibly develop enough kinetic
energy to deliver so much as a bruised finger to a pedestrian.

Next, the doctors who are claiming that the pedestrian is dead will be
arguing that cyclists should wear helmets. After all, what do medics know?

I see that above the "Police Accident" sign there is some sort of number plate
visible.

I wonder, is it on the cycle which killed the pedestrian?
