A hire van, so possibly the driver isn't used to driving a van, and an
island in the middle of the road - I'm guessing she should have waited
before trying to overtake the cyclist. Or maybe he pulled out of
Hilldrop Crescent and she was going too fast or not paying attention.
I doubt the driver will face significant charges.
