Footage has emerged of the collision. It appears that the adult cyclist was also knocked off in the collision, which happened on a dual use path and stopped to check if everything was OK before continuing on his journey.

Neither link works but I am guessing it proves adult cyclists should exercise their RIGHT to use roads they pay for.
