if only he had tried harder?

No mention of the time it took him to get out of his smelly Lycra and

The comments DID state that the BAMBI would get very sweaty in his black leathers and have to change at the workplace though. When I cycled to work, unlike the fat BAMBIS and cagers, I was raring to go and didn't need to jump start my flabby carcass into life with gallons of caffeine.

Walking for 17 minutes is considerably more conducive to sweat than
cycling for 7 minutes. The driver took "ten minutes in search of a
parking space before sprinting to the finish line". You seriously reckon
they did not require a wash and brush up?

Indeed. Someone also mentioned that the Tube was not included which would have been like an oven in days like these.

Because every commuter in the UK travels between their home in Ebury
Street and their place of work in Jermyn Street, don't they?

Who would have "won" if the commute had involved 25 miles of motorway
(as one of mine used to)?
