BS - nothing illegal about it. Why would there be?

We should have ZERO TOLERANCE for speeders on city streets.

Especially those that do 40mph+ in residential areas and/or school
zones. People who do that should be castrated with a food processor.
Preferablly a Cuisinart.

Of course, the cops with speed guns are NOT the solution.

My position is clear: WE MUST CONTEST THE LAW WHERE IT IS CLEARLY STUPID BUT WE MUST ENFORCE WHERE IT MAKES SENSE.

People who routinely speed through communities should be castrated unless they are females in which case they should be flagellated.
