12 police cars behind the stopped car and the one police car in front that caused the car to stop. They should have sent more police cars. What were they expecting from that one car?

Do you mot know that general police work is so boring and hum drum, that
one never passes an opportunity to turn on the siren and big flashy
lights and drive at speed. Sheesh.
