Cyclist gets 18 weeks after assaulting a Constable

A man who sobbed in court after being handed an 18-week sentence for
beating a police officer with a walking stick has appealed against his
sentence because he is scared of prison.

Scott Senior, 28, appeared at Hull Crown Court asking the judge to
suspend his 18-week prison sentence because he was “fearful” of his
safety in prison.

Senior, a voluntary worker who also ran a Hull crime prevention group,
was jailed last month after he beat a police officer with a metal
walking stick in a “sustained” assault when the PC refused to return his
bike."

The officer had seized his illegal bicycle (fitted with an engine) after
a road traffic incident.

The officer was confronted by Senior swinging the metal walking stick at
him between ten to 15 times.

The first couple of swings missed but the officer felt a sharp shooting
pain as Senior struck him in his left eye and the bridge of his nose.
The force appeared to bend the stick.

Council estate trash. Most cyclists are council estate trash. He was crying.
Most cyclists are cowards. Bent as a nine bob note, typical cyclist. He will
be meeting Big Willie whilst in jail.

And do they use them whilst riding their bicycles or only when they are pedestrians?

What a very silly attempt at diversion. I am sad on your behalf.

Let us hope that all of his fears of prison are realised.
