Anyone have a shaft drive bike?

I was wondering how it rides etc.

I don't have one but one of the most pleasant experiences
I've ever had on a bicycle was riding a 1913 Pope Columbia
fixed shaft drive which was not only light and responsive
but stunning in emerald cromovelato.

That said there are both nice and crappy bicycles with
pretty much every drive train out there.

BMW is more involved with chain drive. Has CDTECH passed CF ?
