I have to ask:
Why is Harold Scruby (chairman of Pedestrian Council of Australia) so
against the cycleways?
He sounds like every motorist with a grudge against cyclists.

He is against everything including dogs,get some one to relate the
tale of Fugly the dog and Scruby at mosman.

It is because few cyclists actually use the cycleways, particularly the one in Bourke
Road.
