If you experience very small bumps altho you
can't see any on the surface, is this the rear
wheel not being trued or what possible causes
are there?

The wheel is grossly out of true, or the tire bead is not seated (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H9HPaD-Sw8g), or the tire has worn through the casing -- or you just have a crappy tire.
