Could Lafferty's Tuesday be this Tuesday ?

Riding the 60 minutes tsunami ?

Would Tyler have been under an admonition not to speak about his
testimony until now?

And now that that he's spoke what does that portend?

I read in one press report that he kept quiet since his testimony in
front of the Grand Jury because the Feds asked him to be silent. I
suspect they must have traced down the leads he gave them and Tyler
figured it was time to talk/write. The Uniballer's PR man, Fabio, is
already spinning the the greed motive for Tyler, but it simply isn't
going to fly at this point. Too many former associated are biting the
snake's tail. Once it comes out in an indictment that the alleged TdS
positive was covered up, Armstrong will be dead in the water. This
also raised the possibility that Hein and Pat may be indicted along
with Armstrong and the others participants in the criminal enterprise.
As Sarah M. sang, "Hold on, cause this is going to hurt like hell."

Dumbass,

Is doping to win a bike race illegal?

Yeah, and it just so happened that it was now OK for him to come out
with it, during the ToC, just like Landis did, and in advance of his
book.

Did you know that the word "gullible" does not appear any in any
English language dictionary?

It's not about the doped up cyclist on a bike dumbass. Racketeering,
fraud, money laundering and a host of other crimes are.

I can't wait until Verbruggen and McQuaid are forced
into testifying against the big cheese and puppet master,
Tommy Weisel. Finally, we will be able to trace this
conspiracy so immense to the top.

Then how is covering up a TdS positive relevant?

And is selling bikes on ebay illegal?

You're being obtuse.

Read the god damn criminal code and get your head out of your ass.
Your faggy obsession is clouding your judgment.

And yes conversion (aka theft by deception) is a crime.

Neither you nor Laff can tell me what he did that was illegal.
Both of you guys are falling back on HE-DID-REALLY-BAD-STUFF
as a description of his alleged offense.

Don't it bother you to be on the same side of this as someone
like Lafferty? Using the same tactic? Aren't you going to tell
us that time will tell?

None of that matters. What matters is he will be indicted on what
they believe can be proved. Or if there are after some one bigger
they will use Lance as the tool he is. Lawyers will eat up his money,
Livestrong will be known for the fraud it is and Lance will move back
in with his father's trailer to drink sterno shots.
