om...
Drunk driving, whilst banned and leaves baby in the car while he scarpers.
Only 4 months jail blimey.

How's about drunk, no licence, no insurance using a car bought as a scrapper
with NO functioning main brakes (just the handbrake) and heavily pregnant
partner.
The resultant crash killed the unborn and mother but the driver was thrown
clear as he was not belted in.

Can't see alot of point in jail. Doesn't say anything about
a driving ban as well. IMHO - thats it. Lifetime ban. No more. Help

ease
congestion....

More to the point, they should obviously CUT HIS GOOLIES OFF.

Hi Guy

I've been there and done that. To be more correct, I used to live in
Clitheroe and West Bradford, which is nearby, and have done the D&D
thing. I'm proud of neither.

I was quite surprised that Graeme Kershaw was not prosecuted for
dangerous driving, especially considering that he'd been recently
banned for a similar offence and that was guilty of the all too usual
having no insurance etc.
