I have a bare alu 7005 (much stiffer than the soon-to-be-foam-filled
carbon one!) that I have just been polishing by hand every now and
again, and slapping some boat-wax on to keep it...

Hi All,

I've got a carbon frame that is too flexible up front. The top and
down-tubes are too narrow, so there is a shimmy tendency.

I wonder if filling the frame with expanding foam insulation...

I've been playing with some BB and crankset ideas for my track bike.

The frame has standard 68mm bb shell.

I see some BMX cranksets use 22mm...
