In a lot a videos there are those wooden things that are a few inches
tall and about 3 feet by 3 feet or so, I'm sorry I don't know what they
are called but people stack them and use them to jump up...

If you can do a 180 unispin how many hours of practice did it take you
to land one because I've worked on it for about a total of 6 hours over
the past 2 days (2 hours yesterday and 4 hours today)...
