Garmin GPS performance data vs. Polar *.HRM file format

I've been using a Garmin GPS for the past year or so (actually an Edge
500 and a Forerunner 305) and I can't find out how to parse the data
to get the supposed samples recording at 1-second...

More questions on close-ratio triples

I'm building up a replacement for my old OCLV, which will get a triple
crank with 30/39/53 or 30/39/50 and probably 13/25 cassette at most,

Semi-trivial Crank observations

The Campagnolo UT cranks released for IIRC the 2007 model year forward
seem pretty sweet. They make some of the lightest aluminum cranks at a

Campy Hub Overhaul Kit

Ever since the Campy hubs changed to aluminum, they have all been
interchangeable for parts. Is this still the case for all Campy
