Another deliberate hit and run ramming of a cyclist by an impatient motorist during London Critical Mass June ride.

This is a fairly major junction controlled by traffic lights.

If the driver jumped the lights then s/he is bang to rights*.

OTOH if the lights were green for the driver then s/he was merely...
