What do you think are the main reasons for people not cycling.

Cycling tests and obstacle courses

Remeber it as though it were yesterday. Mid sixties, playground cones, bike
check then off round the block. So yes, definitly a road component. Lost the
certificate though, and the plate you fixed...

Sometimes the MOD carry out GPS jamming trials so that they can fool 'Johnny
Foreigner' if he tries any of his dastardly tricks using GPS navigation..
