I go to brighton high
yeah i was thinking crankflips would be hard to notice with everything
going on. so i think ill focus on 1 foot riding and backwards and the
rolling 180 i can do it static but...

island lake on tuesday
ill be unicycling the yellow loop at island lake state rec area in
michigan on tuesday. i rode in thursday and it took me an hour and 20
minutes. ill be planning on being at the parking lot at 6:00...

Advice on getting into shape
long rides are good for you but for weight lose it is better to do
multiple rides in one day. the reason for this is that you metabolizm
increases when you exercise but also stays high for a while...

it helps for your first few trys to jump on the cranks just to get the
motion down.

Ride down Vail Mtn. and a quick wright up
you could take about a 8 hour drive to boyne higlands. it is not nearly
as big a vail though. but they take u up on the lift and the have
northshore stuff there.
