Why isn't the tri-state more bicycle friendly? - Cin., Ohio

Apparently, it never occurred to you that there are many "Tri-State"
areas in the USA?

If he's writing for a local newspaper which just happens to be online,
perhaps he doesn't realize the article...

Draw attention away from the test results,

Supposedly it does no good to take testosterone one day before a race,
and Landis had tested clear on every other day.

So did he forget to mask it this...
