Thrown knife embedded in helmet
A 24-year-old cyclist had a lucky escape when a knife was thrown at him
while he was on his bike, becoming embedded in his helmet.

Possibly a reason not to wear a helmet. Would they have thrown the
knife had the cyclist not been wearing one?
