Funny you should ask, I just got back from the Montreal Trade show!!

Fork: Rock Shox Sid Team (not the carbon World Cup) with lock-out,
Brakes: Avid SD Ti brakes with new XT dual control levers
Front Der: New XT
Rear Der: Old XTR (low normal ie. not "rapid rise" like the new XT/XTR)
PS. The shimano guys really hate the term "rapid rise" so use it as much
as possible
Shifters: New XT dual control
Rims: Mavic XC717
Front Hub: Specialized Stout
Rear Hub: XT non disc
Tires: Specialized Roll-X pro 2.0
Crankset: New XT hollowtech II Crank/BB setup
