5 years for killing someone relatively high? Through stupidity, neglect and
selfishness. I don't think so. Loss of licence for life and double that
sentence.

The killer will be out in three to wreak further carnage of other innocent
road users.
It is sickeningly short.

It doesn't matter who is killed the motorist is rarely given a deserving
sentence.

Is it because those setting sentencing and administering the law are all
petrolheads themselves and of course, motorists can never do wrong can they.
