Anyone see it in the paper the otherday? Idiot on phone, pulling out of a
junction he shouldn't have been using managed not to see the motorbike
rider. 1 dead rider and one dangerous driver off the streets for 5 years

5 years in jail, 5 years ban.

Now 5 years in jail is pretty severe, but why only a five year ban?

Why not a lifetime ban, unlike jail a lifetime ban doesn't cost the tax
payer anything.
