A WOMAN who exposed herself and defecated in a busy supermarket car park has made a 'sincere apology', police say.

The 44-year-old woman was seen by shoppers pulling her trousers down and staggering around before defecating in the Asda Bilton car park on Sunday afternoon.

the woman, from the Dorset area, then returned to a green Chevrolet Captiva car parked in another space.

The incident was described as "disgusting" by Kayley Hoyle who witnessed what happened along with her teenage son Lennon Julier.

The 44-year-old woman has since been given an anti-social behaviour warning by police after they traced the vehicle she was travelling in
