I got 3 luna light 700c tubes and 2 of the 3 were bad. The tubes got holes
or splits in them and I never even rode them. I installed them by hand
carefully and overnight in the garage the tire went flat. I am bringing them
back for a refund this weekend.

No but my current batch of 2.25" MTB tubes is so old that it probably
doesn't
mean much - bad batches and all that.

Only negative I seen w/Performance tubes is that so many of them have such
long
valve stems. Probably not a physical problem - just looks kind of weird.
