Bibs seem to keep the comfort pads in place a whole lot better than waist
pants.
As others have mentioned whizzing is not a problem, even on the bike if you
ever need to master that art
As for the shoulder straps, that's easy enough to figure out if they'll fit
or not when you try them out at the store.
