Yup, a guy steals a bike and another guy apparently just stands
there and films it. And, apparently the guy doing the filming had
advances knowledge of the theft as he was filming prior to the

Which shows you that it's probably a fake. But since it does plainly
shows that passers-by couldn't care less it is informative.


Ahm, have you guys heard of ... security cameras?

Obviously the camera is at least 10ft above the pavement. So a "camera
guy" would have to be rather tall or would need a personal jet pack. In
both cases there would at least be subtle shaking.

It looks like the same sort of camera that recorded a woman setting a
bus stop on fire in front of a friend's business. This resulted in her
being caught.

happened on Otis Street in San Francisco.
