Try 20 miles each way in Virginia today. 100 degrees out there.


It was 90 degrees here, but I still rode 25 miles. I'd ride further,
but I really don't have the time on weekdays.

And maybe an expensive ride to the emergency room for heat exhaustion.


I just keep up with fluid intake.
