Default Virginia Newbon at it again, controlling local laws &jurisdictions

Apex Park does not need management from any government presence. No
changes need to be made to the rules or "no rules" status. Apex trail
has been open to all users - bike, equestrian and hikers and there
have been no problems - except the ones staged by the FBI by Virignia
Newbon directing it from the NSA. So Virginia Newbon plants people
that are FBI agents, the FBI does whatever the NSA tells it no
questions asked.

RUSH and Virginia Newbon brought 100,000 people to Colorado and have
caused problems to those that are originally native or here in proper
form abiding to the native cultural social forms by legislated laws.
When Virginia Newbon came here with RUSH they infiltrated everything
to cast everything in their snippy, snotty, stuck-up know it all
attitude and the truth is RUSH doesn't know ****. They can't get along
with people they couldn't fit in and their Toronto is plagued with
problems showing they do not know how to manage a government or
society with good results. Their results are negative.

Apex was opened in 1880s and all that time went by and no established
rules were drafted to control park visitors or trail usage amongst the
different types of users. It's common sense and respect that laws not
be drafted. This is the USA not the USSR. Virginia Newbon is not a
skilled recreationalist nor is any of her FBI puppets, and even if
they are they're not from Golden or Colorado.

So foreigners come here from another state with their great awesome
powers of the FBI & NSA and they think they can simply just take over
by removing the true locals from their positions and then draft laws
which are encroaching and nannyist and intrusive. A heavily regulated
state is not freedom. Freedom requires maturity and responsibility of
not needing management from the state - this is how the USA is
supposed to be.

Let the users of the park whether equestrian mountain-biker or hikers
work it out themselves. No female madness hunger of power to contorl
people is proper. But Virginia Newbon is a child who thrives off of
seeing herself rule people according to her sick being that requires a
sense of control of others to be in balance.

Park users are the ones who are to handle their affairs, not the state
or "Jefferson County Park District". Self-determination and self-
governance require no governance. This too much for the little child
Virginia Newbon or the stuck up phony individualists RUSH?

When someone is struck by another park user that is then up to the
user who is victim to decide if he/she wants government intervention.
When you venture out into dangerous recreation areas you are
responsible to accept that you maybe injured it is a part of the
adventure. That is the American way, not regulation, not nannyism not
re-established parenting by the government.

If you're struck by a horse you call a ranger and make a complaint
about that horse rider. If you're struck by a MTBer who didn't
restrain himself properly you call a ranger and file a complaint. For
the 10,000 MTBers that visit Apex in 3 months 1 might strike someone
by being irresponsible. You don't punish 99,999 for the 1 bad one. But
Virginia Newbon is too immature to handle the strength provocation
requirement needed for "lawless society". That's one of the many
things that puts me light years beyond her. Feminin females on a
domination crusade because they know witchcraft are the women behind
this madness of "establishing regulation and control" because *OH MY
****ING GOD SPORTS ARE DANGEROUS AND SOMEONE MIGHT GET HURT!! - that's
a part of it god damnit you don't make laws becuase *something could
happen*.

But again, I'm light years beyond the moron and their fear smitten
spirits....you accept the risks of being prone to being injured and
embrace it without wanting laws to govern the behavior of others, you
simply clobber them if they mess up and cause injury. It's that simple
and no laws needed. And with all things with RUSH or their moron
Virginia Newbon, they are not anything but imposters, they are not
Jeffco it is not people that originally were from Jeffco making this
decision, it's technocrats not even from Colorado posing as locals
governing the local affairs which is vile deceit and disgracing the
American spirit of communion.

Their money and power mostly acquired by cheating and breaking the
laws has went to their heads. No respect or consideration for others
or the actual natives who were governing by not governing just fine.
There have been no incidents on Apex for over 100 years. If you say
there was I say Virginia Newbon and RUSH staged it.

Jeffco looks to smooth Apex Park sharing
The Denver Post

Hikers move to the side of the trail in Apex Park on Sunday to get out
of the way of an approaching cyclist. (Helen H. Richardson, The Denver
Post )Rising tension among equestrians, hikers and bikers in Apex Park
has led Jefferson County to consider changes to the park's trails.

Though small, with steep and narrow trails, the foothills park above
Golden is visited about 70,000 to 100,000 times each year. In the past
two years, there has been a jump in the number of people reporting
conflicts, said Thea Rock, manager of citizen outreach for the
county's open space department.

As a result, the county is soliciting ideas from the public on how to
improve the situation.

"We don't want things to get out of hand or people to stop using the
park," said Rock, noting that the public has until Tuesday to
comment.

The county has some suggestions: make some trails one-ways, alternate
days for specific users, establish safety zones and create single-use
trails.
