Hmmm - where is the greatest risk of being killed?


I expect a lot of those car drivers were fully qualified cyclists (or
illegal drivers, as The Real World calls them).


The courts also refer to them as drivers as they get points on their licences, whereas if they were cyclists, their licences would remain untouched.
