People who *choose* to live in an area where they have seasonal
hurricanes are either stupid or ignorant of the dangers.

We have plenty of those in this country. They buy a house in the country
without realising that farmers have tractors or that chickens make
noises at sunrise.

Another thing that many idiots do, is to build wooden houses in the
middle of forests in areas that are prone to wildfires and then wonder
why their houses get burnt down.
Many of these houses are burnt down on a yearly basis in parts of
America and Australia etc.
Some people have the brains of rocking horses.
