I have an older bike (SOMEC) that has two Mavic Reflex Clincher 700C rims. They are 32 hole SUP /UB/ CONTROL and also have the following code on them 622 13 6005 TIB. Both are bronzish in color. What do these codes mean??

One of these rims (rear) recently failed and I'd like to explore several options:

1. Find someone who has a pair of these rims that they want to sell.
2. Get another pair of Mavic Open Sport rims in a similar color.
3. Get recommendations on the best set of 700C rims for the least $$.

Also, I have a Campy Record 8S hub on this wheel and I've been told I could just zip-tie the spoke pairs together and transfer to the new rim...is that true or do I have to get new spokes with the right length?? I'm not knowledgeable about these sorts of things.
