I think we are talking about the same jungle, but we have different
interpretation of it...

WE DENY THE EVIDENCE OF GOD (pretty evident)

WE ADMIT THAT HUMANS ARE PREDATORS... but then things begin to fall
apart.

It's the Conservatives who are most predatory beginning with their
power games (wars) and their favorite toys (SUVs and motorboats), then
the Liberals often play with your illusions (like Clinton did), and
finally most people is indifferent in both camps, left and right...

If we changed our top alpha-male apes though we can really dodge the
asteroid, and live in relative harmony with nature. We can ride bikes,
try to be more vegetarian and play down religion, for example, which
are all quantum leaps for humanity.

We can't accept extinction just like that, or when do we start the
shootout with nuclear weapons?
