Zefal HPX, most likely. Measure carefully because the HPX comes in 4 lengths. The non-nipple end fits over the chain stay by means of a concave bottom end to the pump.

Correct for the eternal HPX road pumps.
If I recall (always a crapshoot nowadays) the fat Mt Zefal
HP only came in one length.
The HPX was great. Too bad they ceased production. I bought several of them off of the Internet but they mostly were worn out. The French used a lot of natural rubber which rots.
That was true of Mafac lever covers but all the seals and
bits of the HPX are synthetic. No latex no leather.
I have new HPX in stock, by the way.

Well, then the synthetic stuff decays since when I opened them up pieces of the pump handle seal fell apart. I got replacements off of Ebay and they worked fine. But the bikes they were mounted on were sold.
After I clear out my garage I should have a need for three of them and I'll contact you.
