Default Grand Tour dominance- last ten years

The recent discussions about team dominance got me to look back at the
last ten years. USPS has been the dominant GT team of this period,
followed by ONCE/Liberty Seguros, although Italian registered teams
have been the most successful overall. The Italians have won a third of
all the GTs by dominating their own race and with Pantani's one TdF
win. The Spanish hang in there with 6 Vuelta wins and Indurain's last
TdF win. Heras is top Vuelta hombre with 3 wins. Armstrong
singlehandedly carries the American flag, his 6 wins are the total
American wins and of course he rules the roost with his TDF totals. The
French, other than Jaja's Vuelta win, are not on the page.

(Sorry it's a long post, not sure how to format tables here)

All Grand Tours (Giro d'Italia, Tour de France, Vuelta a Espana)
