Something doesn't add up.

It's actually very hard to see exactly what happened. Did he actually
push her or just run into her?

If he just run into her how do we know he didn't just stumble at just
the wrong moment or that he just wasn't looking where he was going?

Why didn't the woman avoid him?



He deliberately aimed for her and shoved toward the road. His action
endangered the lives and health of her and others. The path was
practically empty and no-one would imagine that attack about to happen.
The jogger had about 10 feet of clear path to his left, yet veered to
his right to attack the woman who was walking close to the kerb on her
left.

You could always watch the video for yourself, if you cannot see what I
describe then you must be a real psycholist.
