The worst kill-filers are those who comment on the partial quoted posts of
those who they have kill-filed.

I couldn't agree with you more! I still want to kill that screwball from
Texas (Lee something) who continued to comment on my posts even though he
had kill-filed me. They are the worst scofflaws of all. Once you have
kill-filed someone, you are no longer qualified to comment on him or his
posts. A partially quoted post from someone else is worse than useless.
