Where? In the US, bikes on websites and in advertisements are generally
shown without fenders, except for city bikes which are the exception
rather than the rule. This is likely due to bicycles being an accepted
form of transportation in Europe, while only "odd" people use bicycles
for transportation in the US.

Well, maybe it is an american thing that they dont have
fenders. I got the impression after seeing RANS and bachetta
bikes because they were mentioned in here.
