the exact time of the cyclist's death? He could be comforting the dying
cyclist, giving a statement to the Police or even at home hours or days
later, and therefore a pedestrian.
or even at home minutes later, establishing an alibi and therefore a
typical lying motorist.
If he was "at home" driving his car up & down the driveway, maybe. But
indoors he'd be a pedestrian.
