I am debating between a Streamway 7 (see profile pic) and an Electra Townie. I have observed that the placement of the pedals/gears are set directly under the seat on the Streamway, instead of in the more forward position of the Electra and other bikes. I am new again to biking and there aren't any bike shops anywhere around that I can try out this 'set back' pedal/gear placement. Any thoughts on how this will affect biking (pavement/flat/roads)? Thanks
