Default Frame mount bike stand

In article ,
says...

Many years ago I purchased a frame mounted clip that attaches to the bottom
tube. It is about two inches long and when open, it locks against the front
tire essentially keeping the bike from rolling and acting as a crude stand
when the bike is resting against something.

Does anybody know where to purchase one of these? Are they available for
larger aluminum frame tubes?

What you describe is called a flickstand (sp?). Long discontinued. At the
T-town swap meet a couple of weeks ago there was someone there with a big
box full of these. I know when I had one it came in one size with a plastic
sleeve you could use if your tube was of smaller diameter. I doubt they
came in sizes to accomodate some of the larger down tubes we see now. I'm
sure that if you really wanted to, you could modify one of these using a
hose clamp.
