But anything he posts here really doesn't matter. It's not likely to go
to trial anyway, more likely a plea bargain with a fine and some jail
time and community service since he's got no priors. No lawyer in their
right mind would allow this to go to trial.
FYI, the docket (in the Wiley W. Manuel Courthouse) now says that this
case is going to jury trial on 12/10/2010.
So much for a plea bargain.
