Default Bicycle sales leave motors in the dust


..and more importantly the mileage these bikes see.
Even though more of us are riding more often (regardless of Bicyclin
Vic efforts – not that there is anything wrong with that, if that’s wh
you are…) a lot of these bikes rolled outa the bike shops hardly get an
kms on them.
I bump into some guys here at work (big office in the ****ty) who sa
they’ve got a tricky roadie or full susp MTB etc, tell me all abou
what it’s got, the level it’s pitched at etc, but when I go into coo
places to ride/best tracks/routes etc they go kinda quiet – “.nah
don’t have the time what with kids/work/goin
out/partner/family/training etc”.

To be honest I don’t get that much spare time to go out for a ride o
my smick MTB, which is why I commute to/from work on my other dung
chromoly s/spd MTB, try & fit in riding to get other things done – se
mates, visit the folks, etc. Maybe even fit some nice detours in to
where I can
