Well, when one fails the driving test, all one is qualified for is
cycling.

I am so glad that you have seen the error of your ways in claiming that
only those in possession of a driving licence are 'drivers'.

What "error"?

Your blatant, hilarious and egregious error in believing that to be 'a
driver', one needs to have a driving licence.

To be a driver, one has to be qualified as a driver. The necessary
qualifications include the holding of a valid licence.

Yes, _that_ error.

Someone who doesn't qualify isn't a driver any more than you are a pilot.

Sadly, the law and the dictionary prove you wrong.

You _do_ intend to get something right at some point..?

You can wriggle all you like, to no avail.

A person disqualified from driving is a cyclist - they are *eminently*
qualified for that, Glug.

No, a person disqualified from driving and who subsequently drives is a
disqualified driver. The 'drive' part is not a legal term.
