with previous years figures is impossible.

Killed is down 4 percent

5 deaths per billion miles travelled by motor traffic


Completely irrelevant to pedestrians.

total casualties are down 5 per cent.

motor traffic is up one percent.


Increased traffic and reduced casualties have gone together for nearly
50 years.
