The new fenix L2D-CE flashlights are simply amazing how bright they
are. It's the new Cree LED which is much brighter than the Luxeon.
The question is, if I mount this flashlight on my handlebar, would it
be street legal? I guess because of the huge light it puts out, it
could blind drivers, so that's why I ask.
