Courts are bad, the FBI and “Justice” didn’t do their
job, and the United States Election System looks like that
of a third world country. Freedom of the press has been gone
for a long time, it is Fake News, and now we have Big Tech
(with Section 230) to deal with....


As with so many things now.

Section 230 is well considered, useful and has given
Americans (and the World to some extent) great benefit. The
distinction between a 'common carrier' which accepts all
comers equally and a 'publisher' which edits various
contributors variously, is a good line to uphold but it has
not been upheld, leading to the present dissatisfaction
across all political spectra.

IMHO the cure of this will be much worse than the disease.
I'm forced, with great angst, to defend the left wing social
media conglomerates (none of which I use) because, for lack
of enforcement of Sec 230, they risk dismemberment,
dissolution or expropriation which would be wrong, not that
this steamroller will consider the wider effects of such.
